Or "She's Spent Just A Little Too Much Time At Sea, Didn't She?"

Page Index

Introduction

This is where I'm going to put my fanfiction, original stories, and any other random ramblings I feel like sharing with the rest of the world. Of course, at the moment, there's not much here, because (a) I'm a busy gal, with a real job and things like that, and (b) I'm also a lazy gal, who's inclined to just play a video games when I should be doing something more productive.

New!Transformers Fandom References

Where you can find the Transformers Fanon Glossary and a listing of Transformers Curses, Insults, and Swears. I also intend to eventually add a Transformers technobabble index eventually.

Original Fiction

Hey, look! I can sometimes think for myself! Of course, don't be too shocked if "Breaking Out Of The White" is the only story to ever make it here.

Breaking Out Of The White

A tale of life, death, and dragons.

Ramblings

Fruminations

A paper I did for the English 1302 course I took during my 2003 deployment. It's a discussion of the poem "Jabberwocky". At sea college courses tend to be very leniently graded, and this one was no exception; all you had to do was turn in and score well on two assignments out of the four given to get a "B". I did the bare minimum and ent up with an "A" anyway, partly because of this paper. My instructor raved about how it would have gotten an "A" even in his normal college classes (although he did say it needs more careful documentation). I'm a bit baffled, myself. I broke just about every rule he gave us for structure and such when writing a paper over a poem. Not that I'm going to argue with the grade.

Through Insanity's Eyes

Another paper for my 1302 class, this one looks at the use of perspective in Gilman's "The Yellow Wallpaper." It also got an "A", although it's far more standardized and mechanical than "Fruminations", and was far less fun to both write and read.

Obviously still under construction. If the link isn't there, that's because the page isn't, either.
